Please read them carefully before using our services. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or place an order with us.
1. About Us
Stevia Delighto is a premium food and dessert brand based in Lahore, Pakistan. We specialise in home delivery of UK-style gourmet sandwiches, sugar-free kulfi, handcrafted chocolates and healthy desserts across Lahore.

2. Placing an Order
*2.1* Orders can be placed through our website at steviadelighto.com or directly via WhatsApp on 0324 9202020.
*2.2* By placing an order with us, you confirm that all information you have provided — including your name, delivery address and contact number — is accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for failed or delayed deliveries resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
*2.3* Once your order is placed, our team will confirm it via WhatsApp or phone call. Your order is only confirmed when you receive this confirmation from us.
*2.4* We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — for example if a product is unavailable, if there is an error in pricing or if we are unable to fulfil the delivery to your location. In such cases we will contact you immediately and arrange a full refund if payment has already been made.
*2.5* For large, bulk or corporate orders of 20 people or more, we require a minimum of 24 to 48 hours advance notice to ensure your order is freshly prepared and delivered on time.
3. Pricing
*3.1* All prices displayed on our website and communicated by our team are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
*3.2* Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, the price confirmed to you at the time of your order will always be honoured for that order.
*3.3* Delivery charges are additional and vary based on your location in Lahore. The exact delivery charge will be communicated to you before your order is confirmed. To enquire about delivery charges for your area, please call us on +92 302 8554555.
*3.4* Combo deal prices and promotional offer prices are valid for the period stated and may be withdrawn or changed at any time.
*3.5* We make every effort to ensure all prices on our website are accurate. In the unlikely event of a pricing error, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order for a full refund.
4. Payment
*4.1* We currently accept the following payment methods:
– Cash on delivery
– Bank transfer
– Any additional payment methods communicated by our team at the time of ordering
*4.2* Payment must be made in full at the time of delivery for cash on delivery orders, or in advance for bank transfer orders as agreed with our team.
*4.3* For large corporate or bulk orders, we may require a partial advance payment to confirm the order. This will be communicated clearly before the order is finalised.
5. Delivery
*5.1* We deliver across Lahore. To confirm whether we deliver to your specific area, please call us on +92 302 8554555 before placing your order.
*5.2* We aim to deliver same-day for orders placed before 4 PM. Orders placed after 4 PM will be delivered the following morning. These are estimated timeframes and not guaranteed delivery times.
*5.3* Delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control including traffic, weather conditions or high order volumes — particularly during festive seasons such as Eid and Ramadan. We will always keep you informed if there is any delay.
*5.4* It is the customer’s responsibility to be available at the delivery address at the agreed time. If you are unavailable and we are unable to complete the delivery, we will contact you on the number provided. If we cannot reach you, the order may be returned and a re-delivery charge may apply.
*5.5* Delivery charges are non-refundable once the delivery has been dispatched.
6. Food Products Quality and Freshness
*6.1* All our products are made fresh daily. We are committed to delivering the highest quality food to every customer on every order.
*6.2* Our sugar-free kulfi and desserts use natural stevia as a sweetener. While our products are suitable for most people including diabetics, we always recommend consulting your doctor or healthcare provider regarding your specific dietary and health requirements before consuming any of our products.
*6.3* Our products contain dairy, nuts, gluten and other common allergens. If you have any food allergies or dietary requirements, please inform our team before placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate you, however we cannot guarantee that our products are completely free from any specific allergen due to the nature of our kitchen environment.
*6.4* All our products are 100% Halal.
*6.5* Once food products have been delivered and accepted by the customer, we are unable to accept returns for reasons of food safety. Please inspect your order upon delivery and raise any concerns with our team immediately.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
*7.1* If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible on WhatsApp +92 324 9202020 or by calling +92 302 8554555.
*7.2* Orders cancelled before preparation has begun will receive a full refund.
*7.3* Orders cancelled after preparation has begun may not be eligible for a full refund. Our team will assess each situation fairly and communicate the outcome to you promptly.
*7.4* If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or of unsatisfactory quality, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with a description and photograph of the issue. We will investigate promptly and offer an appropriate resolution — which may include a replacement, partial refund or full refund depending on the circumstances.
*7.5* Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 3 to 5 working days via the original payment method.
*7.6* We do not offer refunds or exchanges simply because you changed your mind after the order has been prepared or delivered.
8. Corporate and Bulk Orders
*8.1* For corporate and bulk orders we may require a written confirmation via WhatsApp or email before processing your order.
*8.2* A partial advance payment may be required for very large orders. This will be agreed upon between Stevia Delighto and the customer before the order is confirmed.
*8.3* Cancellations of large bulk orders must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Cancellations made after this point may result in the advance payment being non-refundable as ingredients and preparation will already be underway.
9. Website Use
*9.1* The content on our website — including text, images, logos, product descriptions and pricing — is the property of Stevia Delighto and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our written permission.
*9.2* We make every effort to keep the information on our website accurate and up to date. However we do not guarantee that all content is completely error-free at all times. Product availability, pricing and offers may change without notice.
*9.3* We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your use of our website or any links to third party websites found on our site.
*9.4* We reserve the right to update, modify or take down our website at any time without notice.
10. Limitation of Liability
*10.1* Stevia Delighto’s liability to any customer is limited to the value of the order placed by that customer.
*10.2* We are not liable for any indirect, special or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or services.
*10.3* Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Pakistani law.
11. Customer Conduct
*11.1* We expect all customers to treat our team with respect and courtesy. We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer who behaves in an abusive, threatening or disrespectful manner towards our staff.
*11.2* Any fraudulent activity — including false claims, chargebacks without valid reason or misuse of our promotional offers — will result in the cancellation of your account and all future orders being refused.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes means you accept the updated Terms and Conditions. We encourage you to check this page occasionally.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
