For sandwiches and freshly prepared food items — we require your order to be placed at least one day in advance. This is not a delay. This is our promise to you that everything arriving at your door has been freshly made that morning by our professional kitchen team — not sitting in a fridge from the day before.
Kulfi and chocolates are available for same day delivery if ordered before 4 PM.

Repeat office orders:
If you want to set up a regular weekly or monthly office delivery — we can arrange a standing order for your team. Just WhatsApp us and we will sort everything out.

Here is the simple truth. We do not keep pre-made food sitting around. We do not prepare sandwiches the night before and refrigerate them overnight. Everything we make is freshly prepared on the day it is meant to be eaten — by professional chefs using premium ingredients.

Important Delivery Information
Please be available at delivery time.
Once your order is on its way, please make sure someone is available at the delivery address. If we cannot reach you, we will call the number provided. If there is still no response, the order may need to be returned and a re-delivery charge may apply.
Delivery times are estimated.
We always do our best to deliver at the confirmed time. However delivery times can occasionally be affected by traffic, weather or high order volumes — especially during Eid, Ramadan and other busy periods. We will always keep you informed if there is any delay.

Delivery charges are non-refundable
once your order has been dispatched.
Damaged or incorrect orders.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery on WhatsApp +92 324 9202020 with a description and photograph. We will sort it out for you promptly and fairly.

If you need to cancel your order please contact us as early as possible.
Orders cancelled before preparation begins — full refund
Orders cancelled after preparation begins — please contact us and we will assess fairly
Large pre-booked orders cancelled less than 24 hours before delivery — may not be eligible for a full refund as ingredients and preparation will already be underway
